A master strategist, Brett has orchestrated pivotal acquisitions that have expanded Vesta's market reach while underscoring his commitment to sustainability and the transformative potential of the furniture rental market. His acumen for merging business with aesthetic innovation has elevated the company's profile, resulting in appearances on blockbuster shows such as Netflix's "Selling Sunset" and Bravo’s "Million Dollar Listing." 

Brett’s extensive experience covers all facets of the furniture sector, from operational and commercial strategies to deep expertise in design trends, consumer preferences and manufacturing processes. His comprehensive approach to design and staging, coupled with his leadership in a complex design enterprise, make him an indispensable voice in the furniture and design industry.

Kiel has been in the design world since he was 15, working in home staging and real estate. A licensed realtor in three states, he holds a degree in Interior Design and also studied Historic Preservation at Saint Cloud State University. With extensive experience in residential, commercial, kitchen & bath design, and product design, Kiel has worked with high-profile clients such as Marlo Thomas, Meg Ryan, David Schwimmer, and many others (NDAs apply!). He is trusted by top developers, builders, and agents to transform large-scale spaces into warm, inviting interiors.

Before joining Vesta Home in 2020, Kiel lived in New York City, where he served as President of Newel Antiques & Fine Art. Prior to that, he was Design Director at David Scott Interiors and Creative Director at Architectural Systems. He was also part of the original design team behind the Brizo brand of kitchen & bath fixtures.

Kiel currently leads Vesta’s premium staging division for Southern California, heading his own design team, The Kiel Group.

As founder and CEO of Forster Jones International, she leads a successful real estate team that continues to set the bar for Los Angeles real estate. Under Sally’s leadership, the team has been a constant fixture on the REAL Trends “The Thousand” list, where it has ranked among the nation’s top real estate teams year after year. In 2019, the Sally Forster Jones Group—now Forster Jones International—was inducted into the inaugural class of the Inman Golden I Club as the top luxury team in the nation. In 2024, Sally became the only team leader in the country to earn this coveted distinction a second time. With over $8 billion in career sales and breaking the $840 million mark for closed sales in 2022, Tomer Fridman and Isidora Fridman are the co-founders of TFG International at Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California and Co-chairman/founder of Israel Sotheby's International Realty. Experts on celebrity clientele needs and luxury estates, The Fridman Group specializes in the representation of architecturally significant homes, branded collections, land development sales, and marquee estates around the world.
 
Tomer continues to participate on the board of the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) for Sothebys International Realty and the duo maintains constant networking and communication with heads of offices spanning 81 countries. TFGI was named the #1 Medium Team on the West Coast and #2 in the Country by WSJ Real Trends.
 
The team consistently ranks as a top producing team and was recently awarded the Agent of Historical Architecture and Celebrity Property Portfolio by The Hollywood Reporter, and the duo is continuously named to Variety’s Showbiz Real Estate Elite. The team currently holds the record for the most expensive home sale ever in the San Fernando Valley and continues to set records by selling pedigree properties across California.

Amir Ensani specializes in luxury new development. Mr. Ensani is the Head of Architectural Committee at Sierra Towers, over the past year he ran sales for SHVO Development at the Mandarin Oriental Residences in Beverly Hills, an estimated 500M sell out, and this year, Mr. Ensani has closed the highest condo sale in Beverly Hills at $3,954/ SF. Prior to this, Mr. Ensani was the senior sales associate for the Woodbridge Capitals’ 2.5 Billion Dollar Century Plaza development. He is the known luxury consultant on Real Estate acquisition strategies and development for high-end developers, international investors, and local buyers looking to remodel or build up a portfolio. Amir’s passion and experiential knowledge for the niche of luxury developments across Los Angeles, has created irreplaceable and invaluable relationships with owners, agents, Los Angeles building officials and vendors across the board that allows him to facilitate a seamless customer experience and provide clients with the comfort and means to make informed decisions. Mr. Ensani holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology from Loyola Marymount University.
